My name is Mike LeBlanc. I have been a Certified Home Inspector (CPI) in the Greater Moncton area working for a multi inspection firm for the past 6+ years. I have inspected approximately 1400 homes throughout South-Eastern New Brunswick. I have ventured out on my own as Mike LeBlanc Home Inspection Services. I have a background in the trades and am now a Certified Master Inspector (CMI), I am also WETT certified (Wood Energy Technology Transfer), able to inspect wood burning appliances as well as a Certified Residential Thermographer.

I am looking forward to continuing to help my clients with one of, if not the most important purchase of their lifetime. I will go through the property with a fine tooth comb, attic, crawlspace, roof, etc.

A home inspection takes approximately 3-4 hours of inspection time plus a 1 hour meeting time where I meet my client(s) at the property to go over the report and share my findings as well as answer any questions you may have. I will provide a detailed PDF inspection report delivered on the day of the inspection.
